1. Debris cleaning

After the rotary drilling rig operation is completed, all the water, snow or silt stuck on the wires, wire connectors, switches or sensors, and the covering parts of these parts are cleaned up. If these debris is not cleaned up, the moisture in them will freeze, and the rotary drilling rig will fail when it is used next time, which may cause unexpected failures.

2. Warm-up work

To fully perform preheating operations. Before starting to operate the joystick, if the rotary drilling rig is not fully warmed up, its response will be slow, which may cause unexpected accidents.

3. Hydraulic oil circulation

Operate the joysticks to circulate the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system (raise the system pressure to the system set pressure, then release the pressure, and put the oil back into the hydraulic oil tank) to heat the hydraulic oil. This can ensure a good response of the rotary drilling rig and prevent malfunction.

4. Battery inspection

If the battery electrolyte has frozen, do not charge the battery or use other power sources to start the engine. This is dangerous and will cause the battery to catch fire. When charging or starting the engine with another power source, melt the battery electrolyte before starting and check for leaks.
