The CFA Drilling Rig (or Long Auger Rig) is designed for Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) piling and long auger drilling, providing an environmentally-friendly solution with dry rotary drilling that eliminates the need for mud circulation, reducing pollution. Equipped with a long spiral drill rod and welded blades, it efficiently removes soil, while a concrete conveying elbow pumps concrete directly into the hole. The rig’s outrigger cylinder ensures stability, and a soil cleaner helps remove debris from the auger blades, reducing manual labor.

With drilling diameters ranging from 150mm to 800mm and depths varying from 10 to 35 meters, the CFA rig is ideal for projects such as urban pile foundations, diaphragm walls, and soil stabilization where precision and environmental standards are essential.

Powered by a Cummins 260 HP engine, the rig provides substantial torque and rotary speed, ensuring high performance even in challenging conditions. Its compact design and hydraulic crawler chassis allow for stability and maneuverability on uneven ground, making it perfect for tight spaces and urban environments.
