The CFA drilling rig adopts dry rotary drilling, no mud circulation is required, and waste slurry pollution is avoided. It not only simplifies the drilling equipment and process, but is also conducive to environmental protection. It is free of vibration, noise, and pollution, and meets the requirements of relevant laws and regulations. It is used in the construction of urban pile foundations with high environmental quality requirements. CFA drilling rig adopts long auger drilling method, and its product structure and method are different from ordinary rotary drilling method in:

①The drilling tool of the CFA drilling rig adopts a long spiral drill rod. The spiral drill rod welds the spiral blades to the concrete pipe. The drilling action of the drill rod is realized by the spiral drill bit with cutter teeth. The cuttings under the cutting of the drill bit are passed through the spiral blade Transport to the ground.

②The upper end of the auger rod is equipped with a concrete conveying elbow, so that the concrete can be pumped into the formed hole through the inner cavity of the auger rod.

③The outrigger cylinder is added to the lower part of the mast to ensure the stability of the drilling rig while auger drilling.

④Because the auger rod can take the soil out of the hole with the spiral blades while drilling, the drilling rig is equipped with a soil cleaner that can automatically sweep down the leftover soil on the blades of the drill rod, reducing labor intensity.

⑤ A bottom guard device is added to the lower part of the power head to stabilize the rotation accuracy of the spiral drill rod and ensure the position and verticality of the long spiral drill hole.

CFA drilling rig long spiral working system includes: concrete conveying elbow, pulley frame, power head, long spiral drill pipe extension joint, hollow spiral drill pipe with concrete pipe inside, drill pipe guiding mechanism with mud cleaner, long spiral drill bit Etc., as shown in Figure 1. Long auger drilling rig is a continuous operation equipment that performs both drilling and soil transportation, so its efficiency is very high. It is irreplaceable when drilling small holes (400～800mm), drilling dry holes, and drilling shallow holes (<30m). Advantages, especially the ordinary diameter of 400-600mm, few other working devices can replace the long auger drill.
